From September 2023 to February 2024 Visus Consulting will be working with the Institute for Climate and Sustainable Cities (ICSC) in policy research on climate finance and inter-governmental climate finance transfer mechanisms. This work includes capacity assessment and accompaniment of climate budgeting in selected cities, namely: Bacolod, Antipolo and Tagbilaran.
Taking point in the study is Ms. Pia Astilla, with the support of Reagan Gabriel, Orson Jeff Navelino and Cecilia Astilla. Ed Quitoriano will provide backstopping on quality management.
